Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy (PGDT)

PGDT is a brief, structured evidence-based treatment that combines Prolonged Exposure (PE), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), typically delivered over approximately 16 sessions of 60–90 minutes. It is designed for individuals with Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD) and focuses on reducing persistent grief-related distress through exposure, emotional processing, and behavioral strategies that support re-engagement with life.

Training Details

PGT training spans three days and is delivered by leading experts in the field. Thereafter, practitioners will participate in group supervision for up to 40 Zoom sessions.
All training materials, including clinical questionnaires, will be provided to participants to ensure a comprehensive and effective learning experience.
We ask participants in our WET training to complete questionnaires that provides critical feedback to enhancing our trainings programs, and allow us to provide personalized feedback on your progress.
